Kira Drawing: Two of them, Both Colored Differently....

I drew this right before I found out Kira has pigtails (it always seemed like she had one ponytail). Anywho, I colored this different, the first in colored pencils, the other with MS Paint (my first time, so please go easy on me). I need opinions on which one is colored better. Constructive critcism is welcomed, but NO FLAMES. After what happened last time with my art (as some of you may remember), I will not tolerate them anymore. Other than that, here are the pics...
