hmm... well i would have liked for you to tone down the lines as i stated on one of your previous drawings, this is ok, it lacks shading, its an ok pose but his face looks a little weird. Also his open hand doesnt have a thumb, you should fix that, you used some shading on his....
?belt Loops? those are the best things about it, you should work on the over areas though.
