I like this ALOT. I like the simple style, and great work on the eyes and hair.
Only problem is, it doesn't look like Li Mei at all. Li Mei is ugly as hell. This character is cute.

I'll try to draw a better pic of Li Mei soon, this time a full body drawing rather than just a top half shot portrait thingy lol.

I like this one a lot, though you could give her more of an asian look. You probably were trying to do that, but I didn't see much of it, but it's still a very good drawing and I hope you add a bit more to it. I give you 4 Dragons.

I made a sketch for a new costume for Li Mei and a slightly different hair style too.

For the hair style I made it just a tad shorter and put the part in her hair more to the left side of her head. I also drew her with a flower in her hair.

For the costume I drew what I thought would be an Outworld take on one of those awesome Chinese dresses... Kinda like what Chun-Li wears. I made some variations however based on the notion that apparently female characters from Outworld don't seem to mind showing more skin then female characters from Earth. If it gets posted you'll see what I mean, and I think everybody will like it. It's very hot and very elegant too at the same time

Actually... I've looked at my new pic and I really need to fix it but I've already submitted it...

It hasn't been posted yet but I just realize now that I have a lot to fix...

It looks good, but I have one suggestion. When drawing hair long or short, don't draw every strand. Instead draw the outline of the hair, then just draw a few shadows, and sketch some lines in the mass of it, to symbolize the strands and curves of the hair. It looks more realistic that way.

Yeah, I don't usually draw hair like this, or any of my drawings like this. I usually draw a more anime/manga type faces/hair but I wanted to try something different. So I made the eyes much smaller than I usually draw and the new hair too. Thanks though!

And about the new pic that might be posted soon, I have an actually good picture scanned finally and I'm glad I can post it before the other pic is up. The old picture just pisses me off, I can't believe I submitted it with it looking like it does... Oh well, here's a link to the new pic I drew. It's way more anime styled then the current works but I tried to keep with continuity and drew similar hair.
