Its simple but its not bad. Nice coloring. Good job.
That's pretty good, I would like to see some particles forming just a bunch of little white specs, also put some in the cloudy mass too, so it looks kind of sparkly.

Also Put a strong white around where his hands are, so it looks like most of the energy is at his hands.
I’m thinking like Dragon Ball, but not so exaggerated.

Basically to make the projectile look more powerful, it needs to have a core, the core is the brightest area.

The white could be bright enough that you can barely see his hands.

I think you should also put highlights on his body to give the Ice ball a strong glow effect.
So just put some blue lights on the front of his body, where the light would be shining on him.

Merow(hello)
*yay* masked design!
I really like your style, on that it looks very animated and that you have large feet... I have a thing for styles with large feet/legs...

I agree with Bleed on his advice, you have such a dramic, orginal pose that if you added some highlights into the ice blast, would bring alot of that motion/dramaics out..

Great work =D

Simple and decent. I like the costume and I love the ice effect. The arms need more work.
Nice Job.
2.5/5 Dragon Points.

Peace.
