Mileena and Li Mei's first meeting.
Artist's Remarks:
This is how I envision Mileena's reaction to Li Mei. I am working on Coloring it now, but could not wait to post it as I think that it is very funny. Originally it was supposed to be the two of them in stances ready to fight, but not knowing any of Mileena's styles yet (except for the Sai) I decided to take the humerous route. Hope you like it. I will post the colored version as soon as it is ready. PS, it is meant to look "cartoony"

This is really great. Comical. The drawing is well done. Its actually great. The detail. Cant really say anything negative about it. If this is already good, i think colored in would be awesome. If it is done well.

You definatly should. I mean my initial recation was how funny it is, but the art is very good. I could see you giving the best Sprite Komic Makers a run for their money!

Well I don't know about that, some of those are absolutley amazing not to mention hillarious Especially the one on the history of MK. Can't remember at the moment who did it though. But who knows what the future brings right? Thanks for the nice compliment. wink

Your sketch looks very good. Much better than the colored versions of your other pictures. What are you using to color them because the quality really degrades.

Very clever, I love the thisthingisdisableds and the dialog.

Thanks for the comments. I use iPhoto Plus 4. Maybe after the Sheeva pic I just posted I should only post in black and white? Cause in a way I sort of agree with you, I wish I was better a coloring but I'm just not. Maybe I could let someone else color them? I've seen that done here before. That is if anyone would be interested.

Although it is funny, what is the exact joke? is it supposed to have something to do with Li Mei having the sai, or is Mileena just laughing at her because of her stance?

No It's more Mileena finds it very amusing that Li Mei had the brass balls to think she was good enough to replace her and then even more nerve to challenge her., oh and it has a little something to do with the stance as well. grin

Dude, that's amazing. The detail and drawing style of this is good enough, but the content is great too. The chicks looks pretty hott, its comical, and u got Li Meis stance good too. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do more.

I love it... I also always thought, that Li Mei was nothing more than a Mileena, who quickly turned into a new character (like in MK4, Kitana turned into Tanya!)!!

Thanks for the kind words. Yeah I was kinda worried about the stance thing because I did this at work on my lunch break so I didn't have anything to reference I just had to use my memory of it. Maybe I will, we'll see.
