It's curly because it's a homage to the comic Kitana. Nice pic BTW.

No Seriously though... Forget all that... Get yourself an anotomy book, your drawing style is nice, but it needs some direction with anatomy...

The way you lined it is very interesting. Very clean edges, and the style makes her look very polished.

On her face, there needs to be something behind the mask. Right now it is too flat. I would expect if I raised it that she wouldn't have a mouth or nose.

I don't mind the hair. It's well drawn and it's your interpretation.

The main problem is some of the lines you've used are too... wiggly? Her abdomen isn't too bad but that boody. You never want to make females look that lumpy. Each line on the face adds 10 years to your character and wiggly lines make the butt look flabby.

Just a suggestion. Kitanna usually is carrying metal fans (don't know if that's what you were going for). Use the same technique you did on the rest of the body on each individual blade in the fan. This will give it a more glossy look.

The concept is good and there is definitely some talent going on as well. I just don’t like the chrome look you’ve given her.

The lines actually make her look kind of lumpy, especially around the gut area.

It also makes it kind of difficult to differentiate between her clothing and skin.

Her neck is too long but the hair is done really well.

I also like the look she has.

Just work on a more naturalistic style unless this is supposed to be MK meets X-Men.

Her head is okay, I didn't notice anythign wrong without searching too hard. This would've been better for Jade though. I never imagined Kitana with curly hair. 3.6/5 Being nice and 3/5 being a mean ol' critct.
