Umm...Isn't that from Shaolin Monks?

And, as for the coloring, its really bad. I'm not trying to get you down or anything, but this is just terrible. I mean, you totally destroyed the line work and the tones are uneven and flat. For example; You have a fairly moderate tone for the pants and jacket (and pitch-black pits for the sleeves...ugh), but the rest is angelic-awe-bright.
I mean, it looks like he's exploding sunlight from every point on his body. Plus, there isn't really any shading on it whatsoever, so that really detracts from the rating as well.

So I'm givin' you a 1/5 on this, yo, but you got potential...I think.

I'm throwing in the line work for comparison btw:

Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but some peoples' eyes need some serious medical attention.

For a first attempt, I guess it's okay, but honestly, you didn't even stay in the lines. It's really apparant around the blade of his hook sword.

Everything is bleeds a lot too. The colors don't have a crisp edge, and with the blur you've created a look like his skin is giving off light itself. It's a cool effect, but not one you want on this type of work.

Aside from those two problems, there isn't much awry with this. A bit of shading would have done it wonders and added some depth to the image. You also mixed the colors between his pants and vest up. His pants are supposed to be tan, his vest should be green.

That glowing effect just really kills it and makes it hard on the eyes to look at. Like it's out of focus.
See if this gives you some ideas on how to work.
