Ok ok. You guys can look at my profile and maybe next time, I'll make something better. Plus, I'm techniqually (if I spelled it right) challenged. In other words, I'm not that good in designing and especially not that good with computers. Infact, I want you guys to make something if you even know how to since my art work sucks to you all right?

I'm not good with art, so I don't do it. That's the way I deal with my challenge.

First of all, one does not need to be an artist to critique work. Genuine critiques are created when one can look at/read a work and say, without any sort of bias towards the artwork or the artist, how they feel about the work itself. Artists can be critics, but critics don't have to be artists.
Second of all, your art is simplistic. A few colour changes to existing models of characters, a few words smeared in highlighter colours all over the images bluntly talking about MK9, that's just ridiculous. It doesn't look authentic, looks cheap, and something that can be seen from MS Paint. Also I know you didn't make the MKSM Jade sprite, so don't pretend that you did.
We've told you what we thought about your art, and we've made our suggestions on what you can do to improve. Either follow our advice and work harder to come up with better quality images and ideas or don't bother making more fake promos.

To be perfectly honest, one doesn't need to be a perfect artist to critique... Fuck, take a look at Pat Hughes, one of the announcers for the Cubs. He never played baseball at all, and yet, he's considered one of the most accurate announcers for a baseball game. (You might all disagree, but I don't care)

And receiving critiques is a good thing... It makes you get better what what you cannot do. I had a project in my one art class to where we had to draw something we cannot draw good at. I can't draw kissy faces, so I decided to draw a picture of me and my boyfriend kissing and I focused on the parts that I know I would suck at. Then, finally hearing the critiques, they told me what parts I needed to work at, so when I went back and tweeked it, I nailed it. (Despite there's still a few things that were not fixed good, but you get the point)

We're not telling you that your artwork sucks, because if we did, we'd probably get skull points... We're telling you how you can improve. Even though, yeah, there are users who give out some of the lamest critiques ever. So, don't consider someone is automatically bashing on your work just because they're giving some pointers on how to make you improve.

Not sure who exactly this is going out to, but here's a tip. The next time you want people to view your work, don't post a link to your Facebook profile. It'll help save you the trouble of keeping out people who you don't want looking at your Facebook account. And even if this thread does get closed, it doesn't mean those links will go away... Edit your first post and get rid of the links if you do not wish to have people looking at your Facebook account.
