Palette swapped the feet and arms, the rest are made from MK2 Reptile, MK2 Scorpion, MK2 Noob, and MK1 Goro

Hmm... the feet and skin color is too bright. Also, shading is needed. His feet doesn't seem to flow along either. Try giving some scales, too.

Yeah, this isn't so hot.

All of the edited parts are one tone and flat looking. You really need to work on applying some shading to your sprites to give them some depth.

Not to mention you don't even have the costume right. His fee look like he's wearing some oversized slippers.

Make sure that you add some depth to the black parts of the costume as well. Otherwise it looks like a whole in the image if you use pure black for everything.
