I made a Sub-Zero MKSM fatality. I hosted it on imageshack and it was too big, so I changed the size but it keeps not changing so ur gonna have to deal with it being bigger than it really is. http://img135.imageshack.us/my.php?image=subzeroze7.swf

Superb animation!! I definitely would love to see your works in the future. I do however, have two things to say; it should have been made to look like Scorpion was frozen up to his chest, then his head was ripped off. Also, you should have had Scorpion fall after his head was ripped off, it doesn't make sense for him to still be standing after he is dead. Still, I love how well of a job you did on this, so I am going to give you an overall score of four/five, since it really flows great. And also, that fatality is super cool!! Again, I would love to see what you can do in the future with animations, so keep it up.

Cant say I like this one that much. The concept is good but the execution is poor. 2/5

Not bad.
Few things to watch though:
1 - finish him text. check the opacity on the gif you imported it in, because you've got a strange transparency that shows the previous frame whilst it's flashing.
2 - the rip. the sprite is good but he should have one more after it where he raises his arms further and he should hold that frame for a short while. this will look far more brutal and more like a rip as opposed to a "pop".
3 - fatality text is in a strange place on the screen

4 - I don't like the glow effect you used. Is that one of flash's glow effects as well? I really dislike the flash glow filter - infact all of the new animatable filters because they're far too canned and look a bit naff. I don't actually know if this is or not, but it doesn't represent ice that well. Perhaps some other effects combined with animating a blue tint in flash?
5 - The head disappears?
6 - Sub-Zero wins text should stay on screen.
But yeah not bad, the biggest problem for me is number 2 - make that rip look more savage!

Kool thanks guys, I didn't think I'd get reviews this good. I'll be making another soon. And yes the glowing was from Flash, it was the closest thing I could get to give it that more "icey" feeling. I made the head disapear to make it look alittle more like the game in that you know how the blood disapears after a few seconds? Well I tried to do that. Anyways thanks 4 the comments.

Your brother used the MK4 soundcall of 'Noob Saibot Wins', but then used the MK3 'Fatality'. Not good.

Well, if you can't rip the sounds yourself, then this website has a good chunk of mk sounds on it and quite a few of the announcer ones.
As for the new animation. It's okay.
I would've liked it more if he pulled the hammer out in a more creative way then have it just appear. Perhaps a dark smoke cloud or a dark flash or something?
Secondly I don't think the middle "poke" is necessary, I think it kinda messes up the flow of the fatality. I think just twat him down and crush his head (to put it nicely, lol).
Again, just watch where you place the sprites to make sure they line up with the feet from the previous frame.
