mkwarehouse sprite idea

you know how murdoink has a $h!t load of mk sprites? Who else thinks it might be a good idea if he put some sprites from other games (all live action, though) like from street fighter: the movie or batman forever, that way, editing sprites would be easier, more variety to choose from for background characters in comics, not to mention that Dee Jay looks alot like Art Lean.smile
thoughts? also, batman forever and sf:tm have all that is needed to be in an mk game. they have low punches, high punches, low kicks, high kicks, blocks, special moves, victory stances, uppercuts, dizzy sprites, leg trips, throws, close punches and kicks, and sprites that can be doctored into fatalities. PS mk:mytholigies too
I wondered about MKM:SZ sprites too. I actually liked that game.

thats a terrible idea, its called Mortal Kombat warehouse for a reason. He should just keep doing what hes doing and getting Mk sprites. Waste of time

well that may be true, but doesn't Burger King serve more than burgers? (also, a tad off subject but isn't it about time someone sent murdoink some deception bios and renders?)

I'm just waiting for the MK Warehouse to get some more MK:DA sprites. I'm running out of action figures and need some new ones. As for getting sprites from MK: Mythologies Sub-Zero thats a great idea. As for getting sprites from games outside of MK I don't think so. Sorry but unless I'm mistaken its only one guy running the show now and he's having a hard enough time as it is. The last update was in Sept. Also it costs money for memory space for such a large amount of sprites. Its most likely best to concentrate on what the site was created for, Mortal Kombat rather than using up space for other sprites. You can get them at other places on the net, it just takes a little time to look.

I would rip my own sprites, but the quality of the rom is crap. the sprites are all fuzzy and that makes them hard to cut out.sad

I am...just finding it a little difficult in going through all the search results for the type of sprites I want. I'm wanting the GB version of MK:DA sprites and most results are that of the console versions. What sprites I can find seem to be mostly that of Scorpion, thats why I use it so much in my komics. I'm looking for Sonya, Raiden, Johnny Cage, etc MK:DA sprites. There is also the fact I'm basically a lazy person and perfer the ease of the MK Warehouse since it is the best site so far for MK sprites.
BTW I tried the http://www.gsarchives.net/index2.php address but keep getting can not access server message. This was from my work pc so was on broadband at the time.

Lol funny but true. But i still dont think the warehouse should get anything besides mk sprites.
