MMM, fake?

This one's a couple months old but I recently had problems with my computer so I had to format my drive. This one got a lot of criticm for some reason but I believe it's my best work. Every pixel belongs to me here. Anything kept from the original sprite was done over just so I could say I did the entire fake myself. I'm really proud of this one.

I didn't post this already did I? I looked and found nothing, but I know I posted it once elsewhere before my computer fucked up.

thats excellent work, the spirits look awsome! 9/10
(i would give you 10, but the "guts" and such look a bit funky). (funky meaning weird, for those who may be confused by this)

Well, the style does seem vaguely similar to me for some odd reason..anyway the sprites are very well executed as well as the background. The only thing I have a problem with is the guts..they just seem cartoony to me. I don't know if you were going for the old school looking organs and such but I am a realism type of person). Overall it was very well put together. I would give it an A-.

Well done. If you were able to do ever pixel in that picture, you must have true skill. Sure, the organs may seem a bit funky, but that is what I would consider pure talent. Excellent work. Keep it up.

I got a lot of comments about the guts but I was very pleased with the results I got. I don't know, I have a different eye for these kinds of things. I don't know what I should have done to make it more pleasing to the viewer, but I don't think I could have been happier with it.

I really like this fake. Both sprites and the guts are really well done.
The amount of details are impressive. Just one thing that might have being better is if the movement on Kabal's hookswords could have use a little bit more transparency to appreciate your job a little more on Kabal's outfit mainly.

I made the mistake of flattening my layers on that sprite before I had decided what level of transparency looked best. I learned to love it, however, although rendering the tail of his coat behind him invisible was a big upset, making it too transparent would compromise the flow of blood on the whisk of the swords. I don't know, it was a lose/lose situation so I learned to deal with it.
