Uh, you must be new here. Please read the FAQ. Rather than just post over and over again, press the edit button next to the message you want to change. My guess is you started on page 1 and kept replying to different posts. When trying to reply to specific posts, press the Add Original button at the bottom to show which specific message you're talking to.
Double posting is frowned upon here unless it is necessary. Also most of these messages where made way back in 2008 so you're kinda talking to no one
Youu are correct and I would like to apologize, as I LOVE to spam. I've defeated the habit and can now control my "fast fingers". And may I say that I could STILL kick his butt with MS Paint in a sprite making contest!(Not Arctic, but Mr.Mime or whatever that idiot's name was.
Youu needs a nice serving of ban.

Took the frame from his ending and put it on his normal sprite and did some editing. I drew the arm by myself (with a mouse!). I feel so uncomfortable about this after seeing all of Arctic's stuff...
I'm fan of unused/unplayable and not cannon characters so I made them as they would appear in classic games.

Hello everyone, it's been years since I've visited this forum and I just want to say that I'm proud the Mortal Kombat Online community is still going. I couldn't recover my old (Arctic) account so I made a new one. I've been having a ton of fun playing MK11, MKX, and even checking out all the fan-made M.U.G.E.N. games. Shoot, I still play MK:Armageddon from time to time.
It may be an eon before anyone replies/reads this thread but I'd like to share some recent sprite edits I made in light of MK11. I'm excited to be back after all this time away. So if you're reading this, welcome and I hope you enjoy the lovely art we've all created and shared.
MKX Cassie Cage
Cetrion
MK11 Frost
Geras
Kollector
Kronika
Work in progress (Robocop)
Please do not hesitate to critique them, I would love to hear your feedback as it will help me improve my skills at shading, drawing, etc.
If anyone cares to ask what I used to create these sprites, I'd be happy to show my sources (2D era sprites, program I use) and I may even make videos that will demonstrate my whole process from start to finish. These sprites on average take an hour to produce, but I would fast forward the video so it's more convenient for viewers. Feel free to use my sprites, you don't even have to credit me.
With that being said, I'll be checking in once a day to see if this thread picks up steam again.
Short critique before I head off to bed. Got dad duty in the A.M., so not much time to spare at the moment.
Cassie Cage looks a bit goofy, Cetrion is superb, Geras's head is a tad too thin, Kollector looks a little cartoonish compared to the other sprites, and Kronika's eyes look like they're bulging out of her skull. As for the work-in-progress Robocop, it appears that his neck is missing.
All in all, I like your art style. I think personal style, so long as its done well, is undervalued in this art form. Too often do artists receive negative criticism for creating a piece that seems to clash with the oldschool form. Personally, I'd like to think of it as a concept for your own installment into the MK series.
Keep this up. Artists who still appreciate and partake/partook in this art form will frequent this thread and it might even spark another fake picture kontest.

Thank you for your feedback, Venomark. It was very insightful and I shall implement those adjustments in future creations. I'm hoping that this thread will inspire new and old members to come and share their fakes. It was so much fun for me to see the community booming back in 2006 when I first started and I still enjoy making them now.
Here's a few I made over the weekend:
Skarlet (MK11)
Spawn
Can you make me a few sprites for a MK platformer game I'm making and do you have a discord
