Mortal Kombat 1 - Liu Kang

Hoy-YA! Here is Liu Kang in Mortal Kombat 1 style. Since Liu is originally based off of Bruce Lee, I wanted to go for a Bruce Lee look as much as possible, but still keeping his MK1 look. This is a model I made in Poser Pro. I want to remake Mortal Kombat 1 in 3D. There will be more characters koming soon! Additional effects were created in Photoshop. All credit goes to Ed Boon, Jon Tobias and the rest of the Mortal Kombat team! Enjoy!

I liked the other submissions you made like this, but something about this one I just don't like. Maybe his upper body looks a little bit too chunky and hefty. I always pictured Liu Kang as lean, like Bruce Lee in his really early movies. Here, he looks a little like a barrel...confused

I like this, but you need to make him have white shoes, not black (like in MK1)
