It would be so awesome if by surprise that by tomorrow or Monday, all 101 characters were up. I know Crow is working really hard so I dont think it's the end of the world if they're not up, but it would be awesome. But if we only get preliminarys, thats fine too. So if our characters lose in the tournament will they be killed off with nasty fatalities? Because if not.... they should.

i almost thought of using my other character named stealth who is a ninja cop and has ties with stryker and kano, but instead i used my character kevshi. i had a buch of other characters but i could only choose 1 so i chose kevshi.

other characters i had in mind are
stealth - ninja cop.
bio - a toxic experiment gone wrong.
cyber - a cyborg with visions of his former humanity.
sonic - a young girl made out of sound waves.
crystal - a women that feeds on crystal to survive.
and a bunch more. had moves,
bios,
fatalitys, and etc already in my mind.

i really hope you guys and girls like my character kevshi.

My original choice was a male vampire codenamed Drak. [Drakula; get it?]

He was gonna be the former champion of Vaeternus who got defeated by Durak and hid in shame. Then around this time [MK9] he'd re-emerge find a way to redeem his honor.

His ending: Kahn dead, he assimilates his greatest warriors and other combatants in Outworld in this time [except Kintaro; whom gets killed violently]. He slowly conquered Outworld and made it a new vampire realm and redeemed himself in his own eyes.

But I changed him for Krimson.

My alternative choice was a female Bengali Botanist and temple guardian, who has the ability to manipulate plants, her name is Jaya.

If we have a KAK next year, I'll enter her (not getting ahead of myself or anything just saying).

I never had an alternate choice, though I changed my original character's concept so frequently she could have been five different characters... I did, for a split second, think about a savage girl who wore gloves with small blades on the finger tips. She was captured and reeducated, turned into what they called a "proper" woman, so through Mortal Kombat she would rediscover her wild nature etc.... Creating characters is such fun(also, the only reason I played SCIV).

My original idea was an evil female Outworld royal and proigy who would have been Shao Kahn's wife until he came up w the plan to revive Sindel. Then Shao Kahn would have her killed by mileena (in the regular timeline) but in this timeline mileena is otherwise occupied, so he sends a Lin Kuei who fails. I discarded her cause she was too much like Tanya and Excellia Gionne.

My second idea was basically a negative Kung Lao, a student of Bo Rai Cho from Outworld who was sadistic so BoRaiCho would have him dismissed, but he would in exchange betray and posion him, and kill the fatso. His technique inclused a weapon that shifted from a cross to a circle. Discarded him cause I couldnt come up w a move set that was distinctive enough. He was too close to Kung Lao.

My third idea was essentially a male version of the first one, a young Outworld duke witch a perchant for torture. His move-set would have included barbed whips and chains and his fatalities would use iron maidens and similar devices. I discarded him cause i thought my last and final idea was more interesting.

Will th tournament be hosted by CHALLONGE? it may make it easier from your perspective, and we can then view on who the next matches are going to be in advance and check the kreated fighters

The bracket will probably be on BracketMaker as that's what I always use for this. I'd like to have it completely in house, but I don't think I have the time to develop that. The biographies will be hosted here on MKO, though.

Crow... you could start putting the characters up a few at a time!

This way, we are not overloaded to start with.

We can read through the one's you put up as you put them up. It reduces time for everyone. Just an idea.

So you could start with the first 10 or so. We nearly read through them as you later put up the next 10 or so up instead of us waiting for you to put them all up at the same time next week...Or so.

Since we have created original characters, I have come up with a new concept for a new MK story line that is away from the story lines of the original series.

It's set years after the events of Armageddon. The battle destroyed everything. Most of the kombatents dead or badly wounded. Kahn had been destroyed, but at the price of the Elder Gods themselves.

But even though Shao Kahn had been destroyed, his powers remained. Now in the form of an orb, the power of Kahn is hidden among one of the realms.

Hello all! New here to MKO, but still a member all the same. My first submission, I'm very proud of. But I decided not to submit the alternate and went with my original character, Eternus, instead. My alternate was a Tarkatan/Shokan creation forged in the Flesh Pits by Shang Tsung under the command by Shao Kahn. Kahn wanted another assassin more trustworthy and dependable than Prince Goro.
