well kinda, It's scorpians axe thingy from mk 3 ultimate / mk trilogy.

I'm working on a BIO of him at the mo :P EDIT; changed his name to "Inferno"
Looks pretty kool, I'd add some shadows maybe some lighting effects on the floor and life bars.
