Her head ripped off when the spear hit her, and that is not Ermac, the uniforme is Orange, Kombat Pallet Swaped the mk1 for Lavon, I put a profile in the post!!!

Well, before I go to the actual review itself, let me just give it to you straight- this is bloody terrible.

First of all, but defenetely not best of all, it would appear that there are drops of blood coming out of nowhere towards Mileena's shoes. That shows how you simply picked up a random blood sprite and placed it randomly around her body.
Second, how exactly did Mileena die? Did Lavon first throw the spear, and then while she was still standing, he ripped her head off and placed it on the hook, and THEN walked all the way back to his corner to celebrate, while Mileena is still standing? Or did he first rip her head off, and THEN used a spell to make her stand still, so that he can pierce her with the spear?
EDIT: I read your 'explanation', and I don't quite see how a head can get ripped off when the body is hit by a spear. None of those explanations work.
Third... well, I'm not a perfectionist myself, but can you honestly look at the victory message and the names on the lifebars and say it's good? If you can, you are most likely blind, or maybe you've never played MKII before, or seen a proper fake. What makes you think Mileena (not Meleena) should have her name right in the beginning of the lifebar, and Lavon should have his near the middle?
As a little nitpick, I also don't see any victory markers for Lavon.
I do have to say, though, the pallette swap is nicely done. Too bad you didn't make it.
