I'm pretty sure you got your sprites from the warehouse right? Heh, fair enough, as you said, you were just finding out if ou could do it. Well, you sure can.

As you said you only made it short to see if you could do it, so there's not much point in pointing out the things "wrong with it", so I'll just go to the head of the list, which is the important one:

Look at Scorpion's skull, at points, it has an odd shape, this is because it's missing some of it. It was originally white.
You used Paint for this right?
Paint is very good at removing one colour backgrounds from stuff, but if the colour is used in the picture (which it is in this case, in the skull), then you have to be careful.
But hell, I'm sure you know that.

The best way to avoid it if you're getting from the warehouse is, press the print screen button, and paste to paint. There, use the bucket tool to turn the background any colour you want (but not white).
You can filter out whatever colour the background is in paint, not just white.

I think it's pretty lame. The frames keep "shaking" plus you used like, fucking 9 frames in this animation. I don't see why in the hell you used Liu Kang's fireball for Scorpion's fatality. That's just retarded.

I've seen better first animations than this. I am not impressed at all.
