I thought since it had both FATALITY and BABALITY mixed together he turned him into a baby and then killed him. (kinda like a double-ality) Either way, It shouldnt be taken too seriously.
BTW, really cool fake! I like how the head is kind of tilted while in midair and theres blood still dripping out of the neck.
