And I'm looking for "Advanced Criticizm" - Please don't just say "It sucks" or anything like that XD. If you think it does, pointers on how to better myself in the future would be appreciated. ^_^ Anyway, without further hinderance, here it is.

It's okay.
Some parts are cartoony, particularlly on the gloves and the skirt. Also, the hair tie doesn't blend well with the sprite. Try shading more. The face is kind of strange to me. =\

Shading is what it requires. And lots of it.

Yeah... I tried with the shading bit.. What helped the most as a bit of a guidelines, was the leg patterns on the thighs.. I tried working with that layout for shading, and form it to the best of my abilities, but uhm.. Well, what you see was the results. Atleast, in gif format... Maybe I should try PNG to keep the transparancy, and get slightly better quality.. because it looks like her gloves and bodice got too blended.
But thank you all. ^_^ Shading isn't the easiest thing in the world (atleast not for me), and since this was an enjoyable experience, I may try again, and keep up working at it.
Also... I agree with the face. It's the one thing inparticular that stands out to me, but it looked like dangerous grounds to me, and I didn't want to mess with it more, and muff it up even worse

It sucks.
Just kidding. Well, let me start off by saying that you cannot use material from other games. The balls in her hair for example. LOL! If you're not good at making material for the sprite. Don't. Get material from other sprites. Such as the face. I recognized the face was self-made and it's not so good. The legs too, they appear blurry and badly shaded, as well as the entire body. The blouse needs more shading, so do the gloves. The bow tie and skirt need more shading too. They have to look realistic and require bends and folds.

That's Sailor Jupiter, from Sailor Moon.
You need a lot more shading.
Everything from he skirt up looks like a drawing on paper. It should at least match the level of shading on her legs.

For a first sprite, that is good. I myself am not a sprite editor, but I will give this a 3/5, because I can tell you put effort in to making it, what it is.

P.S. Just out of curiosity, was this influenced by when people told me in my Fan Sub that I should try making my own sprites? (my fake was Sailor Jupiter Vs. Raiden, just from two days ago). P.S #2 SAILOR JUPITER IS AWESOME!!

You shouldn't reward effort.

Actually, your fake was the reason I decided to make this sprite. It was motivational, and gave me a chance to do something. - I know it's not the best, but you can feel free to use it in future works, if you want.

The only thing I used from another game, was the sprite itsself. Obviously, Kitana was the base. Everything other than the body was from scratch. And the balls on her hairtie... Well, Do you have ny clue how tiny they are? It took me forever just to figure out where to place the glint of light on them, to make it not look TOO white. It'd be darn near impoissible to... well, for ME to shade it any more accurately.
