Nice work for paint. Perhaps a different background then scorps lair. Something less blurry. Maybe add a border, just use the rectangle tool.

the first one: it's alright, though it was made in ms paint, the shao kahn render is rather choppy, i've always found it extremely easier to edit out pictures with ms paint then any other program, heh, but it looks alright.

the second one: it's mediorce, but good, i dont neccarily like the dark red carpet background though, but it's alright.
