This character is one of my top favs that I have made. He was in the previous tournament, and has been spotted around in this one as well. I can't give any more information then that. Hope you like him though.

Yea his cape kinda looks like Spawn but it looks cool on this character to, great job!

Hmm. Thanks guys. Sorry that both, the fan submission and this thread came on at the same time. This was supposed to be a preview for it until the fan submission was posted.....I just didn't think they'd be on, on the same day. LOL, how ironic.
