I'll do some for now:

Quan Chi:
Being one of the few members of The Forces Of Darkness, Quan Chi had reached the pyramid untouched. In a flash of green bolt, Quan Chi defeated his fellow members who were the emperor, the sorceror and the king as they were about to charge the sorceror. Unknown to Quan Chi, someone had already defeated the firespawn. That someone was Shinnok, the Fallen Elder God. Enraged, Quan Chi tried to attack his former lord and master but was unable to due to the transparency in which Shinnok had. The sorceror realized that Shinnok was a clone who had obtained the powers of thousands of captured souls. Quan Chi was banished to Shinnok's Spire where the real Elder God will deal with him for his treachery.

Jarek:
The power of Blaze made Jarek a hannibal. With his new powers active, his hunger increased a thousandfold. With a loud mad scream, Jarek rushed to his fellow kombatants who were The Special Forces and The Black Dragon. When the dust of death cleared, a shadow of a mysterious looking monster slowly walked away leaving the slaughtered parts of warriors scattered on the grounds.

Sub Zero:
The power of Blaze granted Sub Zero a dark power. Unaware of what the power was, Sub Zero abandoned his Grand Master Status of the Lin Kuei to try this new power. With a flash, Sub Zero found himself trapped in a cave filled with both ice and a black substance. He had apparently forgotten his past and that his brother was Noob Saibot. Sub Zero saw a figure emerging from a dark hole. When Sub Zero awoke, he found himself surrounded in a clone of Noob Saibots. He himself became a Noob.

Noob Saibot:
Sub Zero didnt appear in the final battle for an unknown reason. Noob Saibot saw the firespawn and defeated Blaze. Blaze's power suddenly made Noob Saibot back to the warrior whom he was before, Sub Zero. Gaining back his old powers of ice, he sensed that another threat to him was coming back. That treat was his younger brother, Sub Zero.
