I can't tell what the fireball is.

it looks like a giant spinal cord or something.

The background is OK, but the bridge should reflect the color of the background = instead of green lights on the bridge they should be red.

Only if I knew these things, only if I knew...::sigh::

Can you overlay layers?

I am using Paint and Microsoft photo editor.
I don't know what overlaying layers is.

I don't know if those programs have layers, but layers is when you can have multiple images over each other on separate layers.

Like if you had several sheets of tracing paper laying over each other.

Layers work wonders.

Lighting is very easy to do with extra layers.



Photoshop has layers and paint shop too.
