(btw the guy in the pic is from the front cover of the Limp Bizkit album "Significant Other", I cut it out)

Not too bad, the cut looks weird, blend it man. it should improve.

change the font and turn of the outer glow. it makes your text blend in more. that picture you cut out is really messed up. you might wanna use a different picture or lower the opacity and blend it in with some brushes.
