I'd make his head more like MK3 night wolf.

Kind of a long face, maybe give his nose a hump so he looks more like a native american.

While this looks pretty cool, it looks like you just slapped a nerw texture of James' body. The texture quality is pretty low too. These can be pumped out pretty quickly. It looks pretty good, but I think that it'd look much better if you actually try customizing the mesh instead of slapping textures on there. 3/5
