Read it again. SPRITES killing each other. Sprite has that logo, "obey your thirst". That's how it's involved in the title, just like NRDW said. Even though it's a farfetched joke, it shouldn't be that hard to understand.

But the picture itself could definitely use some work, even though the autopsy scene is a pretty good idea.
