I got a question in my Raiden's Angel's thread on where I got the sprites I've been using. Here's a list of sites that have a good selection of sprites, backgrounds, and other things. Many of these sites don't have anything on MK but then again you can easily go to the MK Warehouse for the majority of your MK sprite needs. For everything else though...

Emu Gif also has backgrounds but you have to do some searching on some of the games unless you can read Chinese.

Actually, I think one or two have MK animations (Emu gif for example). Seriously though if you wanted MK sprites/backgrounds then the MKWarehouse is all you need pretty much and since it's a part of the MKO network it'd be pretty dumb to include a link here.

But yeah, this is a thread for sprite editors, fake makers, and sprite comic makers. For example if you just try to use only MK backgrounds as the backgrounds for your sprite comics you're going to be seriously limited in what you can do.

I agree.

I went ahead and stickied this, also combining all the Web Sites posted into the first post. This way you don't need to scroll through a bunch of posts (or even pages, at some point down the road) to get to the sites you need grin
