They arent great. This is ur first try so i must say they r pretty good. I know for my first try at animating i did stick figures. U seem like u have alot of potential and could do great with time. Maybe u should try steping it up with a better program. When i make animations, i love to use flash. It might take u a few days to get the hang of it but when u do then u will love it. Maybe try using Mk sprites for ur next 1. U can go to the Mortal Kombat Warehouse for alot of great sprites. U can also go here for a Macromedia Flash 30-day trial . If u have any questions about flash feel free to pm i love to help new ppl with animations

I know about sprites and that from MK warehouse, used to make comics!
