I think it's pointless how there's an MKDA scorpion render. The rest seems to be just a bunch of cheap effects done with photoshop or something.

I like this as well.
+ The Scorpion render is a good touch, and it isn't pointless, because I'm guessing this is intended to be some sort of showing off of the character, like a splash screen (but not sort of thing, lol).
+ The effects are great, I don't know if they're cheap or not, but they are nice. The only thing about the effects I don't love as much are hte yellow sparks.
Basically, they look a little strong, i think they need to be perhaps transparent slightly, or more faded out at the edges, at the moment, they look a bit too much like pure yellow circles.

Anyways I like the idea of the fake!

Its nice. But here is what I'd do :

I'd zoom in and fix some of the jaggies on scorpion.

I'd also trace scorpions body with the lasso tool or something in photoshop and make him a little darker. He is just too bright for that background.

Other than that its pretty cool.

Thx, Yea I tried to make the picture moreless point out of a focal point. Kinda like a Summon. Or an outraged anger explosion.

2 cool fakes....wow. the glow effect you have around scorpions sprite doesn't look quite right to me, it completely envelops his outline and i don't think it should. 4.5/5
