Photoshop is the best in my opinion but i wouldnt suggest it for beginners unless you are getting help

I think Photoshop CS is better but when I was a beginner I used Ulead Photo Impact, it was way easy. I have never used PaintShop Pro though.

try photoshop elements 2.0 i use that it is easy becuz im a beginner 2...and if u need more help with the program just ask r im me r somthin i have pretty much nknow everything bout it...so just ask....

I used Paint Shop Pro way back in the days of my 486. Not a bad little program, I made my first MK fake on it back in 1996.



Heh, bad fake, but not a bad little program. Photoshop is head and shoulders above, though. For a free program similar to photoshop check out GIMP.
