Does anyone know how to pallette swap i need to know so i can make some new cool pics..if u do please tell me.

In photoshop, you can use the magic wand selection tool, select the areas you want to change the color of, then go into Image, Adjust, Hue/Saturation/Lightness, and you can move the sliders around to change the colors.
