Hands down. These are by far some of the most uniquely drawn MK pics that I have ever laid eyes on! The detail is mindboggling. I don't know if this site has already been submitted (for I didn't feel like scrolling through every past page/thread in order to find out) but these pics are a must see. If these have already been submitted, I apologize:

Some of the page's dialogue is in Japanese. What do you think?

i've seen that site before. very very talented. The normal ones i like but im not a fan of the ones that are super suped up with robotic features....like baraka, noob, kira and kobra have nothing robotic about them but there all cyborgish and tanked out. Like i said alot of talent but looks like thier main specialty is robotic drawing. the others are are not robotic are hot though.

Yeah, I've seen it, the drawings are excellent, but I think the artist puts wayyyy too much detail in them, lol. It looks excellent for art, but it doesn't really have that MK feel to it. I also like the chibi-style drawings they did of the MKT artwork.

Am I the only one who can't see shit?
I was pummelled by headaches after looking at those things. There is such a thing as over-detailing, and these are the definition. You would have to have devoted your life to Mortal Kombat to produce psycho artwork like that.
But then, the Japanese produce some pretty crazy shit (in a good way). I'm not surprised by these.

Gah, I really despise this guy's style of drawing. All those small little details and ugly character designs are raping my eyes.

Oh, Midwood? Hell yeah! I've been following that guy for a couple years now... hands down, he's the most talented MK fan artist I've ever seen. He's a professional (works for Marvel Comics Japan, apparently) but he'll do free requests if you ask him nicely. ;)
And yeah, he puts tons of detail into his work. But since when was that bad? Would one complain about Albrecht Durer putting too much detail into his work? Well, OK, some people do... bite me!

There's too many things covering the characters. Just look at Noob Smoke. You can't even see them under that whole layer of metal. It looks like they just got out of a dumpster or something, with all that on them.
