Please fucking help me!!

Hey, I have been trying and trying, but I just can't do it, and I am teh-uber-pissed. How TEH FUCK do I change image file types?? I can't convert it from a .psi (Photoshop Image) to a JPG/JPEG. Please help, those who help should get a D.P. or two. Thanks.

PSD is photoshop image, load up the file and then goto file / save for web...
choose JPG in the box, and HIGH as compresion.

hit save!
