Depending on how big the Flash file is, you could host it on imageshack, which has a 1.024 megabyte size limit or Photobucket, which has even less of a size limit and messes up files over 25 kilobytes. Or, if your animation is a genius work of supreme excellence, you could try Newgrounds, but they blam anything involving sprites that isn't extremely good.

All in all, unless your file is over 1.024 megs, I'd go with imageshack.
