You can use my avatar, if you don't mind that it's a bit street fighterish (J-Rock star + SSFIII Gill ideals = my avatar)

host it in tinypic or imageshack. Once you host it, there should be a few URL's. The one that looks similer to this: < img src="Adressofpic" > you should copy and paste OR type this < img scr=" " > ( you back space this i so it will fit to < and do the same to > so it will fit to " )and in the middle of these " " you type the adress of the pic. Then it will show in the thread you posting a pic to.
