Honestly, Reiko is an underated character and you have him looking sweet here. I'm not sure the top part of his costume suits him well. I see where the influence is coming from, but I don't think it's working too well. But thats a minor gripe.

I think working with developing the egg shape of the head will help your work in the future. The body from neck to feet is done well. The head is where you need to work on. The shading is done well eventhough he seems like he's a bit too shiny.

Yeah, I would like to see him in colour doode! Great job with Reiko!

One of the few pics I personally have seen of Reiko. You did a goog job with him. I like all the shading you gave him. In some parts it might even be a little too much. I like the outfit you have on him. His abs and muscle definition look awesome. Cool addition of the ninja stars in his hand. The face paint on him looks good, his head looks a little to small tho but no big deal. Nice job 4/5

Your picture looks great, I like the detail you’ve put into it as well as the shading. I think the only thing that lets this picture down is the lower part of his right leg it just looks a little disproportioned to the rest of him. As far as you coloring it goes I say do it, if you don’t someone else probably will so you should carry this project through to the end.

I like the costume, I think it could look more like a general if you give him some decorations like a rope design or I don't know, just something to make him look high ranking.


I think you should color this too.


If I were you, I would take a look at oriental hight rank dressing for ideas. It could be some drawings on the clothing, or carvings on the armor, a cape etc......

Just do a few real quick sketches and see if something clicks.
