Reptile Concept
Artist's Remarks:
I merged some elements from his Shaolin Monks and movie appearances with some of my own additions like the head and elbow spikes. Cleaned up and inked in Photoshop. I'm working on coloring it right now.

Wow that's one of the best Reptile concepts I've seen. The bands hanging down from his arm bandages might be a little too....fancy looking, maybe take em off or give them a shredded and torn look to fit his personality more. Nice quality on everything.

Thanks much. That's a cool idea about "shredding" his outfit a bit. I'm still coloring it and stuff so I will see if i can pull it off.
Simple but nice. I like it.

Very nice Reptile concept! I wish I had a scanner so i could upload some of my sketches. I have so many ideas in my head *explodes* lol. 5/5 I like it.

I like it. The mask, the belt, and the spikes on Reptile's head really reveal who he is. However, I see a bit too much of Scoripon in this concept. The torso and below really does not show anything that distinctly defines Reptile (excluding the belt).

And as Jago mentioned, the wraps and clothes hanging from Reptile's arms really do not fit him. I agree with Jago in that either they should have been removed, or altered with rips and holes. Other than those two things, I really like the work.

Yeah, I guess I will just remove them completely. I can't really afford a tablet yet so I do all my digital drawing with the mouse and lasso lol. Extreme difficulty.

Agree. Start coloring it... it looks great right now, but with a little coloring and shading you can make this piece look much more fantastic!

Yeah I have taken a break on art simply for lack of equipment, but I ordered a tablet with express shipping so hopefully after tomorrow I will be uploading new work daily, most definitely colored and shaded.
