Reptile MKSM Edit

Good edit, but I can hardly see the shading on the red part of his torso, the fingers on the hands seem a bit chunky, and you left Reptile's toe spike on the foot. Also, he reminds me of Ermac's alternate costume.

The toe thing was on purpose, 'cause I preferred it that way. Otherwise, he'd look kind of like a generic ninja. The shading doesn't exist because when I attempted changing Reptiles garb colors to red, it wouldn't respond to green. Apparently, his ninja garb is a dirty yellow shade. So I greened it up with a transparent green marker on GIMP, and then changed colors from there. And then I darkened it. The Fingers were majorly irritating. I'm sure I could've done better had more time been put into it, but I couldn't have it done at the time. My bad, I suppose. EDIT: I never saw the Ermac Alternate Costume... but now that I see it, I kind of feel stupid spending all that time trying to create a new character that already looks like another one. But I've spent far too much time brainstorming to keep it here. I give permission for it to be sent, Vash.

Yeah, but doesn't colorize change the whole pictures color, rather than just the clothes?

I used GIMP for this, though. It's not that simple.

Oh, okay. But the bio you've made is going to Ed right?

Probably because for legal reasons, Ed Boon would never take a fan idea for a character.
That's right, if he ever created a character based on your design, you'd be able to sue him; therefore, he'll never use it. As it was already pointed out, you took Reptile and made him Ermac, why would he want to add another Reptilian ninja to the roster when we already have Khameleon and Reptile?
You're not the first guy to take advantage of the internet to send ideas and fan-characters to Ed Boon, and you won't be the last. I don't know what you're expecting from him in return, but you'd be best to not get any hopes up for something major.

I wouldn't sue him, but who knows? You never know. That's being honest. But really, I don't mind at all. The fact that he might've seen it and not replied to it makes it pretty exciting anyway.

That's the logic he's using as well that keeps him from ever using your idea. At least you're thinking more realistically now.

Orright. Thanks for the wise words!
