CHARACTER�S BACKGROUND: During the period of Quan Chi' being in the Netherrealm, and after Shinnok's defeat Kitana and Liu Kang expressed their love for one another; Caleb was the result. He was born during the war between the Centaurs and the Shokan, and never met his father. Goro served as his surrogate father in place of Liu Kang, and he was very close to his mother. After Goro's murder at the hands of Noob Saibot, the Edenian Guard, led by Jade, grew fearful that Prince Caleb would not survive the war, therefore he was taken to Earthrealm by Bo' Rai Cho, taking his mother's fans as a memoir. In Earthrealm Bo' Rai Cho trained him until he was called off to lead the Edenian/Outworld army against Baraka and the Tarkatans; Fujin took him under his wing to complete his training (it is also rumored that Fujin taught him the secrets of the wind during this time). When he learned of his mother's enslavement at Onaga's hands he grew vengeful at Onaga, and those who had warranted his return (Shujinko); he heads into battle seeking to rescue his mother, and to seek revenge for Goro against Noob Saibot, and to finish what the Edenian forces never did and destroy Motaro, general of the Centaurian hordes.
COSTUME: Long, white T-Shirt with a blue belt tied around it, cargo pants and sneakers.
STYLE/STANCE: Isshinryu and Krav Maga
SPECIAL MOVES: Fan Lift, Whirlwind, Slam(must be done during whirlwind), and Fan Zephyr (where the wind carries his fans, they cut his opponent and then travel back to him (like Kitana's fan toss but with an explanation as to how they return))
WEAPONS: Steel Fan (Kitana's)
FATALITY: A gust of wind forces his defeated opponent to the floor and the wind continues pummeling down upon him/her flattening her, at which point Caleb throws his fans up into the downard whirlwind and they imale his opponent's head.
2ND FATALITY: Caleb rams his opponent through the neck with his fan, then proceeds to open his fan. His oponent falls to the ground and Caleb bows with his opponent's head on the fan in his outsteched hands as if it were on a plate.
ANIMALITY: A bobcat who shreds his opponent with its claws, and finishing his opponent with a decapating bite to the neck.
HARA KIRI: He places his mother's fans on the floor, a gust of wind blows them so they are standing upright like spikes coming out of the floor and he falls upon them.
CATCH PHRASE: "For Grandma - I mean Queen ::looks embarrassed:: - and the Realm!"
ENDING: Knowing himself to be no match for Noob Saibot he reprograms smoke to murder his master. The death of the ruler of the Netherrealm causes Caleb to ascend to its thrown, but he is unable to take that position being that he is pure of soul. The paradox causes a divine uproar that turns the Nexus and Netherrealm on its end, the result is Caleb's transportation to an undiscovered region outside the realms where he laid eyes upon the One Being. He was changed by what he saw and rushed to Outworld to free his mother's soul from Onaga before it was too late...
