I drew a picture of what Riptor would look like if he crossed over to the MK Universe. Tell me what you think.

This is one of my more detailed drawings. I can't submit it because the kb size is too big. Can someone tell me how to shrink a drawing's kb size so I can send in my better ones?

Saving it as a different forumat is the easiest way I know of. That, or thumbnailing, but I don't know quite how well thumbnailing works for art submissions, I haven't tried it yet.
What is the KB filesize limit, by the way?

As for the drawing, the head doesn't look right to me, but other than that, it's excellent. 4/5

It's very good, but as Aracc said, the head doesn't quite look right. It's a little too small, like in your Kano pic. Also like your Kano pic, he's a little too muscular. I mean, I actually kind of like the direction you're taking of making him more muscular than he was in KI, but come on, he looks like he's on steroids. Finally, the legs don't quite look right to me. If the thighs are blocking his shins, then the shins shouldn't be in the position where the feet point straight out to the sides like that.

There are a few things you can do to decrease the file size, if you use MS Paint:
1. Click Edit, choose Select All, and move the picture as far to the upper left as you can without cutting off any of the picture.
2. Click Image, choose Stretch/Skew, and in the top two boxes (in the "stretch" part) put in a number smaller than a hundred (make sure it's the SAME number in each box). As long as you don't decrease it by TOO much, the resolution probably won't really be compromised. I was able to decrease your Riptor pic to 50% and it looks fine.

If you want a smaller file size, just open it up in Photoshop, save it as a jpeg and choose the quality you want to convert it to. Even the 8 - 10 range dramatically decreases the size with little degredation to pic quality.
