I love your cartoony designs, great stuff. Though the rain only has a few repetive frames of animation, which is pretty noticeable, this was an awesome idea that came through nicely.

It's the same raindrop going from the top of the screen to the bottom in 20 frames - some go faster and some go slower though

Well, Reptile moves about if you use the arrow keys and spacebar, but other than that, not relleh

I liked it, then again reptile is my fave character in the game, and I can kinda see him rocking out, plus the guitar playing animation was cute

Pretty good. I'm not fond of the music (that's just me) and I'm not going to discredit your work because of my taste (that would be so bias). I'll give ya a hint for making rain (I've made it before, wasn't good then but I know what to do to make it better.)

You know in flash you can make tiny animations (like the movie object or the graphic). Make the rain in there moving down (make sure it will start at the top of the screen and hit the bottom otherwise it will seem it just comes out of nowhere. You know, just make the tween and shit, basic shit. Then make it its, own layer (which I'm sure you already do) and just have it as long as you need it.

If you already have done this, then good job (but poorly executed, SOMEWHAT). Its something that I use ALOT now for showing something moving. Like running animations, much simpler to make it a mini movie and tween it in the flash. I've been doing this for...hmm how long now...a couple of years (I think this is my 3rd or 4th, I think 4th year) making flash movies. If you need something SPECIFIC (don't go general, I'm a busy man) to ask me, go ahead. If you want to see my work (alot of it is old now...I made one movie in a day, but its nothing special, I just needed to make a movie...called grandtheftplumber which you can find on the front page today at TxMafia.com

Yea, that is what I did - 3 ;ayers, one move clip movin' slowly, one fast, and one at a normal speed, all startin at different paces on the screen, it was a first try i tried a weather efect, but I have a good idea to make it nice and even - thanks for the heads up though.

I just got movie clips, so you may notice in this animation, reptile blinking and his tongue coming out, it's all in a move clip, the same with his chest inflating and deflating slowly, to make it look as if he were breathing

To make the the rain even, you would just want to make the image with all the rain a certain size bigger than the actual viewing area. This way, when you move it all around, there's no "blank spot" left over in the rain because it's so much bigger than the viewing area.
