I actually googled this, thus the request for clarification:

"You switch from AM to PM or vice versa when you go from 11:59 to 12:00. So, 12:00 is like 0 minutes and however many seconds into the next day. 12:00 just means it's the next day, but no time has passed yet."

I'm so ashamed, I thought my 1st 3 revisions were good.
The sprites were fine, the stage sucked cause I made it from memory, with resized/pixelated shit. Plus the floor was wrong material, I didn't notice.
