As to the Egyptian theme... That kind of evolved on it's own. he didn't start out that way but as I progressed that's just how he ended up. I'm pleased with it though.

THIS is what mk needs. EGYPTIAN PEOPLE! seriously, this is the missing link for mk in my opinion. this will definately be my vote in the tournament.

The character itself looks good, however, in the drawing...

His staff thing seems to go behind his hand and not IN it, and it's a little blurry. Other than that. Beautiful.
