So I was drawing Sheeva and I thought "wonder what she'd look like blue?" ... So, I've taken some liberty with her and made this as if her heritage was more or less 'sea dragon'.... The clothes were intended to look like a cross between blood stained cloth and a koi fish. The skin has a series of white veins in it that are meant to mimic how light shines through the water's surface, with her other features being very loosely based on anemones and other odd sea life.
