well its ok... i like the costume, design its very nice, the face needs alot more detail, and so does the picture, you need to add more detail too it but not a bad start good job.

Try doing this on pencil or computer for better results, it would look much better. As for the pic is not bad =/ could use more details on everything, expecially his face and his clothes and his mustles. I like the way you challenge yourself in making this so good effort

Hmm... this is good in some parts, and in other parts it really doesn't remind me of Shao Kahn. I understand this is a concept drawing, but that big skull on his chest reminds me of Punisher alot. The other parts of the costume are nice, I like the skulls but in my opinion you overused them. The ones on his knees are cool, but like I said, I really don't think the one on his chest suits him very well. The arms are nice, pretty good details there, but the fists seem to small for these arms. The best part to me is the shoulders, I like what you did with them, very nice indeed. The head could use more details, as in this stage it doesn't remind me of Shao Kahn, I like his original headress better. Nice add with the weapon though. Not a bad design, just but a little more into it.

I don't like the design one but, however, you do have aristic talent.

I think this drawing is pretty cool but I would have like to have seen him wear a cape. His helmet thing doesn't remind me of Shao Kahn but the Skull chest thing does remind me of the Punisher. However, it was pretty cool overall and I give it 4 Dragons.
