This is Sonya. Mostly based off of the Annihlation movie costume design but with MK3 pants. I was watching Annihlation at the time. I had the dvd for like 2 years but I never even opened it. I forgot how bad that movie was.

I think the overall drawing is pretty good. My only problem that I notice is the face. She doesn't resemble Sonya with it and the face itself looks kind of flat. Overall, this gets a 4/5 from me.
Like I have always said, you have a great style. I love how you draw.
The pic is very good, like your other works it looks fantastic, I have to say that you did an excellent job with the costume and gun, but she really doesn’t look like Sonya, the face and hair are too different.
Still, I think it’s a great pic, I really like it. 4.5/5
I hope to see more work from you.

The thing about the Sonya character is that she doesn't really have anything distinctive about her. Every iteration of her, from the games to the movies, has nothing really in common with each design. The first game she had short hair and like some workout clothes, MK3 she had the aerobics tights and a pony tail. The movies she went from wearing swat clothing with long hair to wearing a tank top and daisy dukes in th second movie and her costumes in Deadly Alliance were like military clothing and she had shoulder legnth hair. The only thing that was consistent about her was that she was blonde. Most of the other characters have something really distinctive through out every iteration. Scorpion had the yellow ninja suit, the female ninjas had their female ninja suits, Jax has always been black. Stuff like that but Sonya isin't consistent with her outfits.

Actually, I think you are right in that, you have a point
Though I believe the Mk3-Mk4 Sonyas look similar in the face, and that her MKDA appearance resembles her Mk1/Mk2/MKSpecial Forces looks a bit (though she didn’t make it in the game, Im just talking about the face btw).
Oh, and her Mk4 looks ia an obvious tribute to Bridgtte Wilson and her MKDA look is definitely Sandra Hess...but angry, lol.
Like I said, this is still a great picture, good job man. I really like it.

I love Sonya in both Mk1 and Mk2 movie...
Yeah, I can see you were thinking of Sandra when doing this pic. Very cool.
I really liked how Bridgtte played her character, sexy and tough, strong and intimidating. Sandra was softer sadly, sexy but not tough, but she fought so much better. The Sonya fights in MKa were some of the best.

Bridgitte Wilson was hot. Even in Billy Madison. Then she married Pete Samprass and disappeared. It's all about Chris Farley in Billy Madison where he was talking to Billy in the bus. "That Veronica Vaugh is one nice piece of assh." It was either hot piece or nice piece of assh, I haven't seen that movie in a while.
