Honestly I'd rate this below five out of ten, like maybe a 3/10 or a 4/10. There's really nothing to this at all. The characters lack shadows, there are no lifebars or timers, and nothing really seems to be happening. Nothing has really been edited save for maybe a very bizarre use of a blurring tool. It needs a lot of work but at least you didn't just do a very stupid fatalitity with random copy and paste work with the blood and go like "loloLOL this es teh best fak3 EVAR!! LOLOLOL!!11!!one!!1" so I'll give you that.

Keep trying and use the tutorial here as a reference.

I don't like it. It just looks like you smudged blue around the pic and then smudged reptile a bit. Try using different tools and effects, but don't go too over the top (Sub's freeze is too big IMO). Also add lifebars and shadows etc.. Good try anyway. 2/5

There's really not much to say other than the special effects aren't really doing anything special. It just seems weird and no purpose really. 2/10 Try editing sprites....use shading plz.
