The lineart is nice. I especially like the pose and perspective you've decided to draw Sub-Zero. I think his right hand may be big, but your'e going for an exaggerated/comic book feel, so you pass. The coloring seems a bit too flat for my liking. Shading would have emphasized light direction and would have made the composition stronger. Lastly, The background is not good. Sorry. It seems pixilated, boring and sort of rushed. I suggest practicing your photoshop skills a bit more. But the lines are great, which is the hard part imo.

I like the overall comic feel, however, kingjolly is right, i would be much better if there was shading that emphasized the lighting.
