The legs are a bit out of proportion, that's an easy fix in photoshop though.

Shrink the thighs a bit and stretch the lower legs and it'll look right.

You can use a ruler and measure your legs to see how the proportion needs to be.

A good advice:

the head always fits in the whole height 7 times (7,5 at best, but that picture had a "8 head" height)

Her thighs are big and her legs are long. JUST THE WAY GOD INTENDED!

The legs aren't too long, theyr'e right in proportion to the body [they could, in fact, be longer. Fashion illustrations extend the legs so that the body is nine or even ten heads tall]. It'sjust that the knees are too low down on them; this makes the thighs too long in proportion to the calves. The knees should be about halfway down the legs. That's quite hard to forget; I'm surprised you made this mistake.
Also the breasts are too round. They look like implants.
The waist is too thin - she looks sick. The shoulders are too angular, and you might want to bring them in, considering they're wider than the hips.
The face is the most clumsily drawn part of this piece. The jawline is anime-esque, while the rest of the drawing wants to be realistic. The nose, too points to one side. The mouth is too low and it is difficult to tell who the character is. Fill in the upper lip, or she'll look too manly.
